Well worth going for physiotherapy as I am sure my fracture has improved as the result of excellent care. No suggestions for improvement as it can't be bettered.

I think what's most important about the care I've received is how I can move forward with my treatment at home. I was given detailed exercises to help increase my flexibility & hopefully minimise any further problems developing. I've only had 1 treatment so far but left feeling positive about my recovery.

The physios (Kamil and Ameeth) were great. They were very clear, diagnosed the issues and gave me manageable exercises. I immediately felt tbe benefits and started to regain movement and flexibility. They were really supportive and enthusiastic. My only grumble is that it took so long to get the initial appointment through GPs/referrals. The delay makes the issue worse and takes longer to heal.

I worked with an excellent Physio who took the time and trouble to listen to me in a holistic way. By that I mean he paid attention and took into consideration my emotional health as well as my physical.As I suffer from chronic pain issues I think this showed wisdom! He then gently encouraged me by setting me up with a system of home care exercises - we nick named it 'house keeping' - to do several times a week to improve my injuries and to give me a self-care programme that means that I don't now get panicked when something 'goes' - I just rest up and then administer some of this 'takeaway' programme of exercises. Therefore instead of feeling helpless with my pain I feel empowered - there is something that I can do to help myself! Bravo Aneeth and thank you for getting me back on track. It was such a pleasure to work with this man. He is the best Physio I have ever worked with and after over 30 years of issues with my skeleton I have seen a few!
